Shipping Policy

At G-Sports, we are committed to processing and delivering your orders as efficiently as possible. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Shipping Destinations

G-Sports ships to most countries worldwide.

Please note that shipping availability may vary depending on destination, courier serviceability, customs restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

2. Shipping Partners

  • Domestic Orders (within Nepal): Nepal Can Move

  • International Orders: FedEx, UPS, DHL

We may use equivalent courier partners where required for operational reasons.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are not included in the listed product price unless otherwise stated.

Shipping charges are calculated based on the applicable courier service:

  • Domestic orders: Calculated by Nepal Can Move

  • International orders: Calculated by FedEx, UPS, DHL

The final shipping charge will be shown at checkout or communicated before order confirmation, where applicable.

4. Order Processing Time

All regular orders are processed within 3–4 business days after order confirmation.

Processing time does not include delivery time.

Orders may take longer to process during:

  • high order volume periods

  • public holidays

  • operational delays

  • product availability issues

5. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery timelines are estimated after dispatch.

Within Nepal

  • Inside Kathmandu Valley: 1–2 business days

  • Outside Kathmandu Valley: 3–4 business days

Outside Nepal

  • International orders: 7–15 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs clearance, courier delays, weather conditions, and other external factors.

6. Bulk and Customized Orders

All bulk orders are treated as custom orders.

There is no fixed maximum order quantity. However, production, processing, and dispatch timelines for bulk/customized orders will depend on the order volume and requirements.

The estimated production and dispatch timeline for such orders will be communicated after order confirmation.

7. Customs Duties, Taxes, and Import Charges

Orders Within Nepal

Applicable taxes will be included in the total order amount, while delivery charges will be charged separately where applicable.

International Orders

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, local levies, clearance fees, and other destination-country charges are the responsibility of the customer.

These charges are not controlled by G-Sports and may be collected by the courier or customs authorities at or before delivery.

8. Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared with you through the contact information provided at the time of order.

 

9. Delivery Delays

While we aim to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

  • customs clearance

  • weather conditions

  • courier disruptions

  • remote delivery locations

  • public holidays

  • force majeure events

G-Sports shall not be held liable for delays caused by third-party shipping providers or events beyond our reasonable control.

10. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and contact information.

If an order is delayed, returned, or undelivered due to:

  • incorrect address

  • incomplete address

  • customer unavailability

  • refusal to accept delivery

G-Sports will not be responsible for the resulting delay or loss. Any reshipment charges may be borne by the customer.

11. Order Cancellation and Shipping

Non-Customized Orders

Orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet been dispatched.

Fully Customized / Bulk Orders

Fully customized or bulk orders may be cancelled only if manufacturing has not yet started. Once manufacturing has begun, cancellation will not be accepted.

If cancellation is approved, the customer will receive a full refund.

12. Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Shipments

If you receive a product that is:

  • damaged

  • defective

  • incorrect

you must notify us within 1–2 businesss days of delivery by phone, WhatsApp, email, or other official communication channels.

Customers must provide:

  • clear pictures

  • video evidence

  • the returned product itself for inspection

For approved cases involving company error, wrong item, or manufacturing defect:

  • the customer will bear only the original shipping charge paid at the time of order

  • G-Sports will cover the return shipping and replacement shipping cost

13. Damages and lost parcel during delivery

For any items that are damaged or lost during delivery, the company will be responsible and will re-issue order.
