Refund & Exchange Policy

At G-Sports, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining fair and transparent return standards. Please read this Refund & Exchange Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Return and Exchange Eligibility

Customers must contact G-Sports within 15 business days of receiving the product to request a return or exchange.

However, for products that are:

  • damaged

  • defective

  • incorrectly delivered

the issue must be reported within 1–2 business days of delivery.

No return or exchange will be accepted without prior communication and approval from G-Sports.

2. Prior Approval Required

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Before returning any item, the customer must contact G-Sports through WhatsApp text, email, or another official text communication channel and receive confirmation.

3. Condition of Returned Products

To be eligible for return or exchange, products must be:

  • unused

  • unworn

  • unwashed

  • free from perfume, make-up, stains, or damage

  • with original tags attached

  • in original packaging intact

G-Sports reserves the right to reject any return or exchange request if the item does not meet these conditions.

4. Cases Eligible for Refund or Exchange

Non-Customized Products

Refunds or exchanges may be approved only if:

  • the wrong item was delivered

  • the item was damaged

  • the item has a defect or manufacturing fault

Change of Mind Not Accepted

Products cannot be returned or exchanged due to:

  • change of mind

  • size preference

  • color preference

  • personal liking

  • any similar subjective reason

5. Customized and Bulk Orders

All bulk orders are considered custom orders.

Fully Customized / Bulk Orders

  • No refund is allowed

  • Exchange is allowed only in the case of a verified manufacturing defect or company fault

  • Production and dispatch timelines are communicated after order confirmation

6. Final Sale / Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

The following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for refund or exchange, except where required by law or where there is a verified manufacturing defect/company fault:

  • fully customized products

  • bulk orders

  • discounted or sale items

  • used, worn, or washed items

  • items without original tags or original packaging

  • gift cards or vouchers, if any

7. Proof Required for Claims

For damaged, defective, or wrong-item claims, customers must provide:

  • clear pictures

  • videos

  • the returned product itself for inspection

  • the original bill

Failure to provide sufficient evidence and the original bill may result in rejection of the claim.

8. Return Shipping Charges

General Approved Returns

For approved returns where refund is applicable, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Company Fault / Manufacturing Defect / Wrong Item

For approved cases involving:

  • manufacturing defect

  • wrong item delivered

  • company fault

the customer will bear only the original shipping charge paid at the time of purchase, and:

  • G-Sports will cover the return shipping cost

  • G-Sports will cover the replacement shipping cost

9. Refund Method

Approved refunds for eligible non-customized orders will be made through:

  • bank transfer, or

  • mobile banking

Refunds will be made only for the actual amount paid by the customer.

10. Refund Processing Time

Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days.

Processing time may vary depending on banking channels or payment service providers.

11. Original Shipping Charges

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

12. Foreign Currency Refunds

If payment was made in foreign currency, the refund will be calculated based on the exchange rate applicable on the original payment date, not the current exchange rate at the time of refund and the refund would only be provided to Nepali Bank Account with Nepalese currency only.

13. Cancellation Policy

Non-Customized Orders

Orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet been dispatched. If cancellation is approved, a full refund will be issued.

Fully Customized / Bulk Orders

Customized or bulk orders may be cancelled only if manufacturing has not yet started. Once manufacturing has begun, cancellation is not possible.

If cancellation is approved before manufacturing begins, a full refund will be issued.

14. Color Variation Disclaimer

Color may vary slightly due to screen display differences and the actual print on clothes.

Such minor variation shall not be treated as a defect unless otherwise determined by G-Sports.

15. Governing Law

This policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Nepal.`
